Transactions

2. What should I do if I entered incorrect payment details and the funds haven’t arrived? Unfortunately, we are unable to refund funds. Please be careful when entering the details.

3. Can I cancel a transaction? Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming.
