Every order undergoes an automated AML check of the cryptocurrency address and transaction. If a high-risk level is detected, the processing of the order may be suspended, and additional information may be requested.
To prevent delays, we recommend checking the address in advance via AML services.
Funds reception: Tether (USDT) via the BEP20 network.
Crediting: after 20 network confirmations.
Exchange Rate Fixing and Order Processing
The exchange rate for the order is fixed based on Binance data. If the exchange rate changes by more than 0.15% by the time 20 confirmations are received on the BEP20 network, the order may be recalculated at the current exchange rate.
After 20 confirmations are received, order processing takes from 10 to 180 minutes.
Important: Payment must be made within 30 minutes. After this period expires, the order will be automatically deleted.
